ISS Estonia Key Account Manager, Merike Kivisild was rewarded with Key Account Manager Certificate (KAMC) by ISS Group

Certificate was handed over to Merike by ISS Estonia CEO, Mikk Sillamaa.

 

She was selected to the Key Account Manager Certification Programme, since she represents one of ISS largest customers in Eastern Europe. She acts as a key driver in achieving the ambitious goals ISS has to set for itself as a company and therefore plays a vital role in helping the company with its vision “We are going to be the world's Greatest Service Organisation"!

 

The KAMC programme is designed to Key Account Managers to navigate in the complexity. It is

designed in such a way, that it will introduce and train them in the main processes which exist in ISS WAY. The goal of the programme is that the participants will be even better at managing and developing their accounts, and that ISS works closer to establishing a common way of doing it across ISS.

 

Programme started in the end of February and ended in April. It span over 3 modules and included home assignments between the modules. The programme ended with a certification combined with a site visit to the account by senior members of the Eastern Europe Management Team.

 

During the programme Merike had a pleasure to meet a number of the best internal trainers and experts in ISS. Also members of the Eastern Europe management team was actively involved as trainers and invited key experts from global headquarters and from region. Through these people, Merike would gain access to the latest and best tools, and processes ISS has to offer in order to support the work with the customer.
