ISS Eesti AS organised company’s Information Day on the 24th of August, held in Varemurru Holiday Resort

First half of the day passed in a more formal atmosphere and employees could listen about how business is currently going in ISS, which are the trends and the upcoming customer and employee satisfaction survey. New employees were introduced and best employees were acknowledged for their professional achievements.

Weather was very nice and sunny. Day continued with teambuilding games.

After the ISS flag was hoisted, Adventure Company 360° supervised a fun and educational orienting quiz EV100 (in the celebration of 100 years of Estonian Republic), where 14 teams were given tablets and headed to the track to find different locations on the map and  answers 52 questions about the Republic of Estonia. The maximum amount of points was 217 and a 2 hour time limit to complete the track was set, during which the participants walked approximately 5,5km.

It was possible to spot polo shirts with an ISS logo everywhere in the vicinity, quickly moving around and discussing different topics. Mood was good and everyone was happy and positive.

The team called partner7, made up from Nele Sinnep, Timo Kallas, Marge Kaiser and Ellen Piip, came first with a score of 143 points. The second team with 139 points included Vahur Ilumets, Ilmar Kaldoja, Elena Karavaeva, Anna Mizina and Jevgenia Podgornaja. The team Viisviiest, consisting of Sirli Oja, Janne Tulvik, Jekaterina Karpova, Reedik Purde and Eda Kostabi, came to a respectable third place.

The honor is to be given to 10 teams who having defeated all the natural phenomenas were able to find all the 52 locations.

Later employees could try their skills in basketball, disc golf and water-filled balloon volleyball. Basketball was won by Jarmo Lõoke with style points. In disc golf first place was shared by Kaur Õllek and Oskar Vooremäe. And third place was given to the only female in the game, Anna Kase.

The water-filled balloon volleyball turned out to be particularly popular and humorous. Players had to use a towel to get the balloon filled with water over a covered volleyball net.
First place went by Sergei and Co. The second team was Sass and Co, and third place was achieved by ladies team Viimased ("The Last Ones").

Laughs and laughter was heard and everyone had a great time. A suitable sporting activity was found by everyone.
