ISS Eesti AS organised company’s Information Day on the 24th of August, held in Varemurru Holiday Resort

ISS Country Manager Russia and Baltics personal experience – ISS Advantage programme

One of the most important components of ISS corporate culture is the professional development if its employees. We regularly hold different trainings like Service with a Human Touch and other specialised trainings, such as Cleaning Excellence, and actively support the talent development programme.

Anastasia Roehrig, Country Manager Russia and Baltics participated in the management programme ISS Advantage programme.

Anastasia would like to share her experiences, talk in depth about the programme, and explore her goals for the near future.

Hello everybody!

In late April, I participated in the ISS Advantage programme.

This programme is aimed at ISS managers worldwide. The company’s top managers tell the participants about the history of the organisation, its corporate culture, describe how and what we want to sell and how to develop our business.

The underlying idea of the programme is to always remember that our staff and clients are our main resource for growth.

The programme’s graduates are called “idea ambassadors”. At the end we were supposed to write down the three most important actions that this programme urged us to do.

For me, the most important one is to deliver the message of the company’s mission to you, and meet as many of our teams working with our clients as possible to better understand how we together can become the best service organisation in the world.

During the participation in the programme I got many ideas and useful contacts.

Here is Jeff Gravenhorst, the ISS Group CEO, photographed with me in the Copenhagen headquarters.

I was honoured to meet him as part of the programme.

I wish you a good week!

Best regards,
Anastasia Roehrig
