The clients and their success are our priority. As we wish to offer our clients efficient and reliable services, we would like to study their needs and requirements thoroughly. We communicate with our clients fairly and honestly, are active in offering new solutions and keep our promises. As a part of a large group we have the opportunity of using the international and long-term experiences of several specialists, newest equipment and modern IT solutions. In order to communicate specialist knowledge and ensure the relevancy of the information passed on, we regularly organise training courses for our employees of all levels.

Our company adopted the ISO 9001 quality management system in 2001. Proceeding from the requirements of the system and our convictions, we set new goals, assess and analyse whether these have been fulfilled each year.

The main basis for the functioning of the quality management system is the inclusion of all employees in the improvement of the system. Our activities constitute an unbreakable chain reaching from successful sales to improving measures. We have set a goal of keeping all the links equally strong, and direct our resources accordingly. Active feedback from clients, employees and partners enables us to monitor and analyse the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

The quality management system of ISS Eesti has been certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard for the following scope: interior cleaning, street maintenance, maintenance and furbishing work, technical maintenance of buildings and technical systems. We adopted the environment management system ISO 14001 in 2009. We have clarified and assessed the environmental impact of our activities. Each year, we compile an environmental management plan and monitor its application in order to guarantee that all environmental requirements are fulfilled. We notify all our subcontractors of our company’s environmental aspects and the obligation of adhering to environmental requirements. The environment management system of ISS Eesti has been certified to the ISO 4001:2005 standard for the following scope: street maintenance, maintenance and furbishing work.

Environment policy—we endeavour to guarantee a high awareness of occupational and environmental issues, as well as knowledge of the best work methods and techniques. We want to guarantee constant of adherence to legal requirements; correspondence of exterior cleaning and furbishing work to environmental requirements, as well as perform and document improving measures in order to reduce negative environmental impacts.
